Carla Bach’s deep desire to help others led her to real estate. After raising her children in Longmont, Colorado, Carla pursued a career in nursing. There, she learned the importance of empathy, communication, and trust. In 2012, she discovered a passion for real estate investing, combining her skills as a dedicated caregiver with her newfound love of property acquisition and development.

Today, Carla and her husband live on a tranquil ranch in Crawford, Colorado, surrounded by the landscapes that inspire her work. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers or helping investors secure profitable deals, Carla is committed to ensuring each client’s journey is seamless and rewarding.

Blake Gash: Following in His Father’s Footsteps, Forging His Own Path

For me, welcoming Blake Gash to Western Land & Lifestyle Properties is more than just adding a talented new broker to our team — it’s a proud moment as a father. Blake grew up immersed in the Western Colorado lifestyle. After we moved to Cedaredge, Blake spent his childhood helping with chores on our family ranch, teaching him the value of hard work.

Blake earned a degree in Biomedical Sciences from Colorado State University and served over four years in the Colorado Army National Guard, including two years in the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC). His time in the military instilled in him the leadership skills and discipline he brings to his real estate practice today.

Although he built a promising career in biotech, Western Colorado always called him home. Blake understands our region’s lifestyle, home construction, and real estate development. Having spent summers on a Montana dairy farm and years working in residential construction, John combines his practical knowledge with a deep respect for the land.
